I have an HP OfficeJet K80XI that I have gotten to work
with my Windows XP in the past. The problem was that it
would "find" G60's, K60's, and numerous other printers -
each time I rebooted it would find a different one until
I had about 8 printers listed, and only the one worked.
THEN I had to reload my Windows, and since then, no
matter how I install the software or reinstall and set
the port, it will not communicate. When I do an "add
printer", it acts as though it adds it, prints a test
page, and goes back to ready. EXCEPT that it does not
print a test page, just acts as though it does. Any
suggestions? I have looked everywhere on the HP site, and
nothing. Thanks!
