officejet g85 error message

Our printer reads "Remove and check black cartridge."
ALL THE TIME. Even after I replace the black cartridge so I can not see any
other messages it may want to send. How do I remove that error message? We
are using an HP Pavillon.

Go to the HP home page and look for G 85 support
