I have a user who uses Office XP, we just applied the SP3
but after the update if she tries to open an e-mail,
there is a message "A program is trying to access your
Address Book."

How can I diable this message from appearing?

Thank you
Richard

Yep - SP3 add some security functions to act more like Outlook 2003, but
this will break add-ins that have not been updated. Check Tools | Options |
Other | Advanced Options | Add-In Manager and COM Add-Ins to see what
add-ins are installed. Try disabling one at a time to see which is
triggering the prompts. The vendor may have an updated version. Otherwise,
you're stuck either living with it or disabling until the vendor re-writes
it work with the new security.
