Office XP EULA

I hope that this is no OT. Word 2002 wouldn't run this morning & I needed
to insert the installation cd which I did. Now whenever I open up a Word
Document, even a new one, a box pops us asking me to accept the EULA. Once
I've accepted the document opens. How can I stop this pop up please?
