I assume you're talking about one of the templates that comes with Word. If
that's the case, you'll probably have a better chance of getting an answer
if you ask in a newsgroup related to Word.

Guessing that you are working with Microsoft Word not Microsoft Access
the professional database tool, I suggest you to the the "view" menu click
on headers and footers. With the header active, you can then select and
delete the watermark.
