Office Shortcut Bar

I enjoy having my Shortcut Bar. For some reason, it appears it got
corrupted. I can pull up the shortcut bar, but Office is not one of the
choices. How can I make it get back on the bar.

This looks like a wonderful website. I exe line 274. Nothing happened yet,
so I guess it will exe when I shutdown and start back up. Thank you, and
