Office Shortcut Bar

Can you still use the Office Shortcut Bar under Windows
XP Home Edition? I had it setup under Windows 95 and
Windows 2000 Professional, but ... I can't seem to get it
setup under XP.

Any help would be grately appreciated!
 
I have windows 97 and at work 2000 an i just deleted it
at home. How crazy is that? To muc sun today here.
