Office Pro 2007 help needed - email time stamp

The time shown on emails received & sent is incorrect although my Computer
clock is accurate. Any ideas?
 
Check the Time Zone and Daylight Savings Time settings. Time, Time Zone,
and DST settings are all used to create the time stamp on sent items.
Received items use these plus the time stamps added by the email servers
between you and the sender to create the time stamp.
