Office Outlook 2007 - Change association with .pst files

My .pst files are associated with Word ... don't ask ... long story ... and I
can't UN-associate them. Help! I'm running Windows 7, if that helps.
 
Right click on a pst file, choose open with... and select outlook. Note that
you'll probably get an error as the pst needs added to outlook through data
file management for it to open - for this reason, the association may not
matter.

It's immaterial what the PST file association is. You can't open a PST from
Windows Explorer anyway.
