The reason is that the problem is because of the latest
Norton AntiVirus update of Jan. 7. To temporarily solve
the problem, to into NAV, go into Options,click on
Miscellaneous, and uncheck the block under "Enable Office
plug-in." You'll have to remember to check it every time
you need to virus check a Word or Excel document, but at
least the programs will load quickly. Another solution:
Keep the block checked, but work offline, and they'll
load quickly.
