office key #

i purchased i hp computer and tried to install the office program, but, when asked for the 25 number key supposedly located on the back of the cd case, there is no such number.
what do i do, where to i get the right number, been the all the ones located on the back of the cd case do add up to 25?
can any one help please!

Does that Office program came with your computer?
I don't think HP provide you with the office program. If you get that from your friend or someone then you need to ask that person for the CD Key.
If you get it from Store then you should have CD Key on the back of your case.

Check the packaging the CDs were shipped.
It will be a 25 character key.
5 groups of 5 characters.
If they came from HP with the computer, contact HP.
