Office Automation & MFC

I could be mistaken here, but I can only find examples of
how to automate Excel in the form of MFC projects.

I have a large managed C++ project which needs to
automate excel, and was hoping someone might be able to
point me in the right direction.

If you are using Office XP or later you can use the Office PIA (Primary
Interop Assemblies). The PIA can be downloaded here
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...1E-3060-4F71-A6B4-01FEBA508E52&displaylang=en.

If you are using an older version of office you can run tlbimp on the office
tlb files and use them like any other managed classes.
