Office Assistant character file?

Depends if you are on Office 2003 in which case you can only use the
assistants already installed
 
Thanks for your reply. I am afraid I dont know what Office Assistant is. I'll
have to do some research and see if I can find out what this is all about.
For example: I dont know how to get into the Maintenance Mode. Is there a
good book that might help? Thanks again, William (Bill) Camp
