Office applications and Embedded Windows XP

Can Access or any other office application run under Embedded Windows Xp. If not, are there any applications from Microsoft of simialr type that can run under EW xp

I'm pretty sure there is a version of VB for that platform. But I
sure could be wrong.

There is both VB & SQL Server available
Haven't had the time (yet) to play around with them yet ...
