Office 2007

I can't find the screen in Outlook 2007 to establish a delivery receipt for
my emails in office 2007. This new system including Vista is some what
confusing even to us orginial users of Microsoft products. Help would be
appreciated. Thanks
 
It's in the exact same place as in previous versions of Outlook;
Tools-> Options-> Email Options-> Tracking Options...

If you are doing it per message; press the Options tab (which was an Options
button in previous versions).
