Could you give us a better description of what happens, and when?
Which part of Office? Outlook? (I think that's the only part that has Send
and Receive, but I might be forgetting something.)
What shuts down? Outlook? Some other part of Office? Windows Vista? The
whole computer?
And, probably most important: What are you doing immediately before hitting
Send and Receive?
One final question: Which version of Quicken? Home Basic? Ultimate?
32-bit or 64-bit?
