269-11093 is the part number for the Microsoft Office Professional 2007
Win32 English Version Upgrade US Only CD.

OEM is software that is delivered by the Original Equipment Manufacturer and
what differences depend upon the manufacturer. They are free to make some
changes (or, at least, they have been in the past) if they want. It all
depends upon the contract that they make with Microsoft. Legally, in order
to purchase an OEM piece of software, you actually need to purchase a piece
of hardware from that manufacturer.
