Hi, against all the advice given in this forum I installed the above
product. When I checked Add?Remove Programs I could not see it so decided to
do a restore and get out.

This has lead to none of my original Office 2003 or Windows Installer
working.

I'm currently working to fix it so I might be back for some advice.

I just thought I'd let you folks know my experience.

I wouldn't put 100% confidence in System Restore to back out
any "Beta" code. I recommend to my customers that if they want
to try out beta code - A full/verified system image should be taken
first. Beta code is risky, by it's very nature you can't assume the
uninstaller will work or restore a previous version.

Be careful with Installer Cleanup - if you remove Office from it's
table you'll have to do a re-installation.

Did you not read the warnings on the download page?

You have no one to blame but yourself. the warning about installing and
then removing was both prominent and plainly worded.

You lose.

Colinlam *wins*: He/She honestly admits a mistake and lets us take
part in his/her eXPerience!

So, be grateful, Bobby - don't play the Bad Dog!

(Not everybody has several machines and one of them reserved for
eXPeriments like installing Office 2007 beta 2 and/or the forthcoming
Win Vista beta 2 - or the possibility to use a virtual machine software.)
