I had access to Windows Word, but something happened and I cannot acess it
anymore. I moved my Pro. files from my C drive to my D drive in an attempt
to save space. I filally got fed up and uninstalled Pro completely and tried
to reinstall, but it will not reinstall, claming Window installer not found.

You have corrupt your Windows and it seems that you are trying to install
Windows XP, while running into the corruptted Window. That is why you are
getting Windows Installer error.

One simple and possible solution could be running Windows XP Setup through
out the Windows XP Bootable CD, if you have one.

Let me know!

This may be true but he should first try using this tool from Microsoft:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301/?FR=1

He appears to say that Windows is booting up properly but he can't
install Office 2003. I know for sure that if you have a trial version
of Office 2003 then it is virtually impossible to remove it without
using this MS tool. Same things could apply to Retail Versions of
Office 2003.

Thank you two for replying for me. I will look into using the tool you
mentioned, Anonymous, but I got the Windows Installer Cleanup utility, and
that fixed the problem. thanks again to both of you for volunteering your
time to help us ALL out!

p.s.- I did post on the Office group, thats where I got the answer.
