I've just recently discovered how to use the CIW & CMW in creating
customized office distributions. (Office 2003)

So all my source files are located on the shared folder on the server. I
just wonder if the process of updating service packs is the same was
previously with office 2000.

I wouldn't mind some feedback on this from people. In general I found all
this material quite difficult to locate on the net.

Cheers,

Apparently with Outlook 2003 there are new methods and tools. From what I
have read this is not the best way to do it anymore.

Because of bandwidth issues. I'm looking at a fail safe option that is easy
to setup.

Outlook 2000? If you mean slipstreaming the servicepack into the
installation files see;

Well you asked for the method used in Outlook 2000...

There are different method as well. Which one is best for you depends on
your cnfiguration. Deploying with LIS or SMS are options as well. See the
Office Resource Kit documentation on-line for available methods.
