Office 2003 Download - Cannot install

I have been trying for the last 3 hours to install this upgrade and the
service pack. I keep getting the message that need to give the installaton on
my network. I bought my computer 2 years ago and it came with Windows. I
don`t have a cd.

This is driving me crazy. Furthermore, since I have been upgrading, I can no
longer get the updates, no validation.

Please help... all I wanted was to work on my desktop and try to make
outlook somewhat better !!!!

It appears that when you bought your computer the place you bought it from
"loaded" it with illegal software. Here is a link that will help you to
determine if this is the case.

If you think this is the case I would contact the store where you bought the
computer and ask them to give you legitimate copies of the software you were
supposed to get with your computer. If they will not supply you with
legitimate software I urge you to report them.
