Office 2003 and MS Journal integration

Under Office XP you could install the Tablet PC pack and
get Journal to interface with Outlook (i.e., calendar and
tasks).

Under Office 2003 this isn't present ... if you install a
fresh copy of Office 2003.

Ideas?
