OFFICE 2003 ACCESS

I dont have the Access Program on my Office 2003. It looks like I will have
to fork out for the office 2003 Professional edition which includes access,
but wait is it possible to buy or download just the Access program?

Of course you can buy Access by itself. It's always been available by
itself. Trivial to check.
