Office 200 upgrade

I'm trying to upgrade Office 2000 installed from my Works
Suite 2001 software but it is aking me to insert the
Office 200 disk, when I insert disk 1 I'm told it's the
wrong disk. What do I do?

Um Works isn't the same as Office - what exactly are you trying to do?
Are you trying to install Office 2000 (Upgrade)?
 
Outlook is part of the MS Office package .. not Works ..
two different software packages. You will most definitely
need the CD for Office 2000 to upgrade.

Outlook 2000 is not part of the Microsoft Works suite - it is part of
Microsoft Office, and it is the MS Office CD from which Outlook was
originally installed that is needed. It looks as if you also have Works
and are getting them mixed.
