OEMSkipWelcome Not Working

Hi,

I'm trying to create a flat file install, I have done this successfully many
times in the past however this time I wish to have a workstation join a
workgroup instead of a domain when I set JoinWorkgroup the SkipOEMWelcome
setting does not work.

Found the answer on my own. You need to use the UnattendSwitch=Yes
