Hi Michael. That's an odd title for sure. One would think that the "installation" has to go forward first so not sure how you would use a 'preinstall' kit. My Dell OEM CD doesn't have the letter "P" in front of it. Have you attempted to put it in your "ROM" drive and check or browse it to see what's inside? Regards
