1.

For some reason, my Inbox is always closed. I can access new emails without
a problem. But I have created a few folders and they are now invisible to
me. I know that they still exist, because when I tried to recreate the
folders, Outlook said there were already folders with those names. How can
I open the Inbox so that my poor folders are visible and ready for use? Is
this a common problem? I've tried opening the Inbox from the menu, but the
option is unavailable.

2.

How do I create a signature?

3.

Is there an email address for OE support, or is it better to post questions
to this newsgroup?

Thank you for your time and expertise!

Try posting this in an Outlook Express news group - this is not one of them.
Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own news groups.

You can also find some good Outlook Express information here:

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
