Will be trying a few things.

Since OE is "broken" without QuoteFix, try Thunderbird for a newsreader.
It's not the best one out there, but it's free and works well. AND it
knows NOT to place a delimiter above a top posted signature file,
something OE/WM does that breaks the Usenet purposes of the delimiter.
