Hi,
I have just installed IE 6 and along with that Outlet Express 6.

I just sent an email with a jpeg attached, and checked my sent mail to make
sure that it went and saw a message that said
"OE removed the following unsafe attachments to to email" (and then listed
the jpeg)
I used to send jpegs all the time with my previous version and would
appreciate any advice on what the problem may be.
Thanks

That's an (irritating) default setting of OE6.
From OE> Tools> Options> Security, uncheck "Do not allow attachments..."

First, I strongly doubt if that's what the message said.

But, still,

In OE go to Tools | Options | Security and uncheck "Do not allow
attachments...".
