OE 7 problem

out of nowhere: when I click on a message in inbox, the message appears in a
window over and below the inbox window. I can not scroll down to the bottom
of the message. it is below my screen.
 
What is the version number of OE as it is shown in Help\About. There is no OE7 version
 
Hold a left click on the header bar and drag the window higher.
