ODBC created tables

I need to change the format of tables that were auto created using an ODBC
object. In this case it is from a Factory Talk SE project. In one of the
fields there is some data that I have to make into a unique field of their
own. Does anyone have any experience working with ODBC tables created in
Access?
 
It is already in Access, I just can't get the data in a usable format. I can
use the data through crosstab query, but then I can't do a criteria
expression based on dates. This is why I need to have some of the data to be
a field of its own. This is really hard to explain unless someone could see
the db project.
