Greetings,I've been trying to use Dr.Watson for
troubleshooting but I've noticed in the logs it keeps
refering to symbols needing to be loaded.I have a OEM
version of WinXP so I don't have access to the intall
cd,I do however have a 8 cd system recovery package that
I was allowed by HP to make.I also have a XP recovery
console cd.I understand that the "symbols" are on the
install cd.Can anyone tell me how I could recover them?

P.S. I tried a couple of times to get help with
H.P.support,but each time I ended up connecting to India
and wasted a lot of time trying to translate their BAD
English as they tried to troubleshoot me from a manual
