Configuration:
Exchange 5.5 w/some installations of Outlook 2002.
Problem:
One of our Outlook 2002 users in an Exchange client
configuration is unable to view attachments sent to them.
If the account is viewed in pre-Outlook versions the
attachments are visible (i.e. paperclip is available
indicating an attachment is included with the e-mail.
Workaround:
The user can select File-->Save Attachments and save
attachments even though they are invisible.
User can also [Forward] the e-mail. When forwarding, the
attachment(s) are then viewable upon receipt, by the
sender. (In this scenario I took an e-mail with a known
attachment that wasn't visible and forwarded it to my own
e-mail address. The attachment then appeared in said
forwarded e-mail.
The "level1remove" registry key suggested in MS's KB has
not provend effective in this situation.
Any solutions to this annoying problem is more than
welcome.

-Pete
