Nvidia new control panel error

nvcplui error "signature error", new control panel will not load.

This does not happen with vanilia SP2, only with all windows updates added.

Happens for 91.31 and 91.47

Is this an XP Problem or an Nvidia problem?

This is a compatability error caused by Samsung monitor "MagicTune" 3.6

I switched from MagicTune 3.6 to MagicTune Premium (free) and the problem
went away.
