nVidia graphics card problem

i have an nvidia geforce fx 5600 graphics card on my pc and ever since
i reinstalled windows i have had trouble with the driver for it. i have
downloaded the driver from the website and it installs ok, but then
when the computer is restarted the driver for the card is showing a
problem in device manager. any ideas on what to do?
 
Uninstall the driver and then reinstall it.See if it helps.

We had a NVIDIA GeForce FX 5200 installed on our hp pavilion a420a by
professionals and the computer crashed often, apparently it was to do with an
incompatability with the graphics card and we had to have another model or
adjustment done, so far it seems to be working fine. Our computer kept going
into power saving mode when it shouldnt. very frustrating.
