NVIDIA GeForce FX 5200

I had an icon for the above in my taskbar but it has suddenly disappeared and
no matter what I do I cannot seem to find it to put it back in taskbar. It
is in device manager and add/remove programs but cannot get it back onto
taskbar. Any help would be appreciated.
 
go into Desktop Properties; somewhere in that dialog there should be a
check box for some sort of tray icon/tool (like a resolution swithcher, or
portrait/landscape switcher, or some such). check it.
