nvida driver update

windows update informed of a nvida driver update. it is
big, 34 minute download. anyone know how vital it is to
download this update. I do not do music or photos.

If your PC is working well, there is little need to change graphic drivers,
and doing so can cause grief.

Same goes for Windows updates in general, which often have little relevance
to the typical home user. Update selectively, and you may have fewer
problems with the operating system.
 
I installed the update & the system didn't like it
(crashes,weird spaces in right clicked context menus etc),
kept the original 1 going instead, (might just be my
system) but that's my experience with the update!
