Numerous Users Accessing One Email

I want to setup an email account with the name
maintanence that can then be accessed my all the
maintenance employees at work. They all have their own
PC's. How can you do this? Can you setup numerous
machines to access the same account? Is there anything I
should be aware of?

Yes you can do this, make sure that you have the option

save messages to server and you should be fine. This way
each machine will pull in the same incoming e-mail.
