Numbers of worksheets in a workbook

Okay - is there an actual limit to the number of
worksheets you can add to a single workbook?

I know that you cannot change the default number of new
worksheets to more than 255, but does this limit you from
adding 256,257, etc?

Number of worksheets in a workbook is limited only by the amount of
available memory....
