Why do you ask? The Help for Specifications might be useful; for one thing it
says that you're limited to 32768 objects (tables, forms, reports, macros,
modules) in the table, which should be plenty.
If your database design includes large numbers of tables, particularly large
numbers of *identically structured* tables, your structure needs to be
reconsidered. A database with over a hundred tables is a BIG database (and
yes, I've worked with bigger databases); one with tens of thousands of tables
is probably not correctly structured (but still possible with Access if you
insist).
