A few days ago, when I was using FrontCam software to take a snap shots of some screens, I noticed all my icons, EVERYWHERE has been nuked and they all show default icon. Even in the Start > Program files and on the desktop. How could I get the original icons back? Before I took it for granted but now I know how difficult it is to work without Folder ICONS!

Thank you for your help

Sounds like corruption in the shelliconcache file, delete it and restart for
effect. The OS will recreate it when necessary. It's a hidden file in the
%windir% directory, so you'll need to "show-all-files" hidden, system in
Explorer|Folder Options
