Nuissance items on IE6 right-click menu

I have this nuissance item (from internet marketing) on my
right-click menu. That is, when you right-click on an
open web page, this nuissance item appears as an item
(along with regular items such as "print" and "refresh").
How can I get rid of the item from the right-click menu?

Start-Run-Regedit.
Navigate to this key and see if your offending item is there in the
list of sub-keys. If so, then remove it.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\MenuExt
