ntuser.dat got too big! What to do?

Hi,
I am running a home PC with WinXP Pro and my ntuser.dat
file has reached almost 5 GB.
Is there a way to reduce it's size or move it to another
drive (for example D:)?

1. You cannot move the file.
2. Get a tool like the jv16 Power Tools
(http://www.vtoy.fi/jv16/index.php) and clean-up the Registry. Be
careful with that and do only remove entries that are useless for
sure.
3. Get EruNT (http://home.t-online.de/home/lars.hederer/erunt/), whih
comes with a Registry optimizer to shrink the size of the Registry
files.
 
Are you talking about your profile or your actual NTUSER.DAT?
