$NtUninstall files

I have a lot of files and directories and files in the Windows directory that
start with $NtUninstallKB... Is it safe to delete all these?

They are for uninstalling Microsoft hotfixes (updates). If you are not
hurting for hard drive space, I would leave them. I have not heard
anything bad about deleting them. But as the saying goes, if it is not
broke...
