ntp server

I keep getting the following messages. Need help pls
1.ntp server did not respond

2.the ntp server %1 isn't sync'd, time not set

This means your time server is probably having some
issues. This is actually happening to me at the moment.

I use a US Navy time server
host: ntp2.usno.navy.mil
IP: 192.5.41.209

Most of the time it works fine, but sometimes it acts up.
Right now, this time server times out.

If the problem persists, change your time server. There
are a number of freely available time servers out there.
