ntldr missing

when computer turned on ntldr missing comes up on screen
before windows are loaded then windows will not load
what is ntldr i am running win98
 
If you are running Windows 98, why have you posted your question in a
Windows XP newsgroup? Try a Windows 98 newsgroup.
