NTLDR missing i think

A friend has asked me to look at his computer and has said that this comes
up when booting.

Now I've seen it when trying to do an install but got round it somehow or
another, but he wants to keep his install.

Anyone know a fix for this?

Ask him to remove the floppy disk from his floppy disk drive.
