Hi folks. I have a problem here. I'm running Win xp with
two hard drives, the boot is a SATA raptor, which works
fine. I accidentally deleted the ntldr along with some
other system files from the secondary, IDE drive. The
system won't boot with the IDE plugged in, it says 'ntldr
is missing'. When I unplug it, it boots just fine. I
assume I need to make a boot disk and copy the files to
the secondary drive. But, how would I do this? What do I
need to put on this disk, what do I need to edit? Any
help would be GREATLY appreciated! Please, if possible,
send me an e-mail to (e-mail address removed), as I don't have
the opportunity to check these forums often.
Thanks!
