I have no disc in my A: drive, I have tried to boot using
my restore CD and the windows XP CD and my computer
simply will not boot. It reads "NTLDR is missing"
What should I do?

You are not booting from the CD.
Check in your BIOS setup that boot from CD is enabled.
If not sure how to do this, see your local support specialist.

Go into the BIOS setup and change the boot drive sequence.

The drive sequence should be:

1. Diskette (A:)
2. CDROM
3. Hard drive (C:)

Your computer is probably configured so the hard drive comes before
the CDROM in the boot sequence and therefore it will not boot from the
CDROM as long as the hard drive is present.

Good luck

Are you *sure* you're booting from the CD? Have you changed the boot order
in the BIOS? If you don't know how to do this, then see the manual that came
with your system.
