One day I rebooted my computer and got this message. I
have been using my XP startup disk to reboot since then,
but I'd like to actually fix the root of the problem.
All my attempts at determining how to do this have been
fruitless. The Microsoft support center says I
should "contact MIcrosoft support services about
receiving a bcupdate2 utility". Does anyone know where I
can get this, or any other way to fix this problem? It
was suggested to try the "repair" option from my XP
startup disk but I can't seem to find such an option
anywhere, only the option to reinstall the whole thing.
